The Town of East Fishkill Police Department handled a complaint in late December 2018 from a victim stating that fraudulent purchases had been made on two separate credit cards totaling more than $11,000.
An investigation into this incident was conducted by Police Officer Scott Grove with the assistance of Detective Kyle Doughty.
Officers arrested Richard V. Marino on Jan. 3, charging him with multiple counts of grand larceny and identity theft.
Marino, who is currently under the supervision of New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision for a robbery conviction, was arraigned by Judge Frederick Romig and remanded to Dutchess County Jail with no bail pending a future court date.
